Instructions: Scrub your feet (after the shower) with provided pumice stone, then apply thick layer of lotion and put on socks. Best time to do it is right before bed to avoid walking after. This cream also works well on dry elbows, knees, and other areas that need intense repair. Do not exceed using more than 1-2 times per week.
