Date of Manufacturing (DOM), Shelf Life & Storage: DOM can be found on a bottom sticker. Use within 12 months from opening, or 15 months from DOM. Store in a cool, dark place with a tightly closed lid. DO NOT let water get into the jar! Use the supplied wooden spoon to scoop the powder.
